I used this service in the early hours of today. Patrick in his black Lexus that picked me and my friend up tonight, was an absolute delight. He waited with a sign for me in arrivals (the company kept me informed from the very start of the process - right through to the end). They were quick to respond to all my queries and to manage my booking. Then for the icing on the cake... Patrick! As mentioned above he's a solid 10/10 as an individual. Helpful, friendly and had great chat as well (he knew the right amount of chat that was appropriate given pickup time was 1 am and almost a 2 hour journey!). Would defo recommend and use again. Professional and efficient from when I first contacted. I needed a garuntee ride early one morning in my trip to catch the Eurostar. I agreed to pay upfront and was sent a confirmation of trip and payment. Company were quick at communicating to me via whatsapp and sent me an alternative way to pay when the original didn't work. Good communication throughout. The day before my trip, I was contacted by phone to re confirm all the details, and again I stressed the importance of making my (very early) Euro star ride. Got a text to confirm when taxi was dispatched which was great and I was ready and waiting for taxi. It was actually 15 mins early. Got me there in plenty of time, no stress. Super eficazes na marcação de transfer de Londres para o aeroporto! A viagem foi no dia 25 dezembro, dia em que o atendimento poderia ser um pouco menos bom. O driver perguntou se queríamos ir mais cedo do que o previsto e aceitamos! Foi extremamente simpático, cuidadoso na condução e claro, pontual. Carro impecável em todos os aspetos. Muito bem! This cab firm was so easy to book. I contacted them (Thomas) on live chat, where I could pre book and pay. Thomas was very helpful & very reasonable prices! The day arrived and the first message I had was that the driver had been dispatched to pick us up, it gave me the name of the driver, a photo of him, the make & model and reg number of the car and you could track the car so you knew how long away it was. We booked a return cab and both drivers were so friendly, the bonus was our driver yesterday who took us back to the airport in his Tesla, what an experience and the driver was so friendly, thank you Abdul, we will be back to London and we will definitely use this company again. Estamos muy contentos con el servicio prestado porque fue muy cómodo llegar al aeropuerto y que el taxista ya nos estuviera esperando. Nos llevó al hotel y nosotros nos despreocupamos de ir cargados con las maletas buscando metro o autobús que nos llevara al centro, ya que el aeropuerto está a 1 hora y cuarenta minutos en coche hasta llegar a la ciudad. ~ Luis M

Позвонили за день до трансфера, уточнили кто и когда заберёт. При прилёте, скинули сообщение что водитель ждёт. Потом сам водитель позвонил. Пришёл в аэропорт и помог забрать чемоданы. После того что забрал, позвонили из фирмы уточнили если забрали и что именно тот водитель приехал. Салон машины чистый. Довёз без проблем. Ремендую! ~ Diana

Han sido muy diligentes y profesionales en la gestión de reserva y contratación del servicio. Sin duda, un servicio que repetiré en futuras estancias y que recomendaré a mi círculo de amigos y conocidos en base a la buena experiencia. Booked 2 rides- one from lhr into central london, another from central london to oxford. The whatsapp service was prompt and always replied my questions on time such as which car was best for my situation and was speedy to arrange drivers for. Both drivers Bob and Marius were polite and helpful. Their cars were clean, they were both safe drivers and helpful with my bags. I asked for a silent ride and they were more than accommodating. Prices were competitive and if your only goal is to get from point a to b safely, i highly recommend minicab. No hiccups at all with this service and much cheaper than the luxury chauffeur services. Better than we expected and very efficient booking and service I was really pleased to be able to book via WhatsApp whilst I was abroad on holiday. The person with whom I was chatting was excellent and took all the details. We had been rerouted to avoid Dubai problems and were coming in to a different airport than expected. When we arrived at Heathrow, our driver was waiting even though our flight was 40 minutes early. He helped with our luggage and took us to his luxury E Class Mercedes. We were exhausted from over 30 hours’ travel and slept most of the way to Stansted. Our driver was excellent and had offered to take us right to our car in the Long Stay car park, so talked to the car park attendant to get us through the barrier, followed our directions to find our car, and put our luggage in the boot. Wonderful service. Would use them again. ~ H H

I was very impressed. After spending half ab hour online to find a reasonably priced taxi service from Heathrow to North London (and after a few less than fab experiences with other companies in the past year), I stumbled across this service. As the price was a bit lower than the average, I didnt keep my hopes up, but must say I was pleasantly surprised. Communication was great throughout, and they were quick to respond on whatsapp for any queries. Driver waited for us (rather than the other way around which happened to me more often than not lately) and was really pleasant. Car was clean and smelt lovely which is a bonus! We had an excellent experience with MiniCabRide for our ride from our hotel in Covent Garden to Gatwick. They accommodated our family of 4 and 4 large pieces of luggage. Our driver Kemar, was not only on time, but early! He was so friendly and told us little tidbits about the towns we travelled through on the way to our destination. The vehicle was comfortable and impeccably clean! The peace of mind of getting us to our destination in excellent time and comfort was well worth it. I must admit I was skeptical making all the arrangements for my families recent trip to the UK through the internet. MiniCabRide made the process very easy. I felt confident, and was continually reassured throughout the process. My family of 7 were met, on time by Iqtidar at Heathrow and were driven to The Southampton cruiseport. He was in communication with me when I stepped off the plane. Also on time Danson met us post cruise and took us to our hotel in London. We were picked up by Talha after a few days stay and taken back to Heathrow for return home. Working with MiniCabRide was an excellent no hassle experience - I’d highly recommend your fine company. Really good experience. Driver was there on time and waited patiently despite the additional 30mins delay through Border control due long queues. Calm and professional driver and took us to our destination comfortably and safely. The booking process was also 5 star! Very responsive and willing to support with additional requests, and frequent check-ins to ensure trip is all good. Finally, vehicle booked was exactly that provided for the trip, and their rates are quite competitive. Ho ottenuto il loro numero tramite una mia conoscente. Basta contattarli su whatsapp, rispondono velocissimo e sono super precisi e concisi! Preventivo immediato e le eventuale conferma con tutte le info via e-mail! Pagamento in cash o con carta di credito! Puntualissimi all’appuntamento (nel nostro caso, addirittura, il rider è arrivato 15’ prima).Facilissimo da prenotare. Super efficienza e puntualità di tutto il servizio! Took a ride from and to the Heathrow airport. Both drivers (Ahmed and the other one whose name I didn't remember but I know is a Chelsea fan) were pretty talkative, nice and had really tidy cars. One of them even had the water inside. I even rode a Mercedes E-class under standard car, so it was pretty classy. The customer service is pretty quick with answers and are kind. And the most important thing, you really do pay only what they say the price will be. Only keep in mind to book enough time in advance, because the traffic in London gets busy. First time using this company (I booked via Minicabit) and they sent several emails and SMS / WhatsApp to keep me informed and confirm my booking several days before, which I appreciated and felt reassured they would arrive when needed. My driver Abdul Ali was on time and turned up in a brand new white Tesla, which was a nice surprise! He was very friendly and professional and had bottled water and sweets in the back. He got me from Harley Street to Essex safely and chose the best route. Will def use this car firm again for sure! Might book direct next time instead of via Minicabit website / app. ~ James H

Navette pour 7 personnes de l’aéroport de heathrow à Londres hoxton. Nous avons eu 1h de retard à l’arrivé notre chauffeur nous a attendu et était très sympathique. Pour le retour c’était l’inverse c’était notre chauffeur qui avait 40 minutes de retards. Dommage car on est obligé d’aller chercher l’info sinon il nous contact pas pour nous tenir au courant. Mais très bonnes compagnie confirmation des réservations la veille de chaque trajets. ~ Yoann P

Overall we had amazing experience with MiniCabRide, Booking was straightforward and If I could give them an award it would be for their communication from start to finish. They messaged me day before departure and day before arrival to confirm booking and they constantly spoke with driver and update us along the way. Only one thing I was disappointed was they told me cash payment, however on arrival they wanted card payment which was a little frustrating and the car to departure was a little old but arrival was decent. I recently had a fantastic experience with MiniCabRide. The driver, Mohammad, was punctual and courteous, arriving on time and assisting us with our luggage. The vehicle was clean and spacious, easily accommodating my family and all our luggage. The journey was smooth and efficient, thanks to Mohammad's excellent driving skills. The fare was very reasonable, significantly cheaper than Uber, making it an excellent value for money.
