Would defo recommend and use again. Professional and efficient from when I first contacted. I needed a garuntee ride early one morning in my trip to catch the Eurostar. I agreed to pay upfront and was sent a confirmation of trip and payment. Company were quick at communicating to me via whatsapp and sent me an alternative way to pay when the original didn't work. Good communication throughout. The day before my trip, I was contacted by phone to re confirm all the details, and again I stressed the importance of making my (very early) Euro star ride. Got a text to confirm when taxi was dispatched which was great and I was ready and waiting for taxi. It was actually 15 mins early. Got me there in plenty of time, no stress. Estamos muy contentos con el servicio prestado porque fue muy cómodo llegar al aeropuerto y que el taxista ya nos estuviera esperando. Nos llevó al hotel y nosotros nos despreocupamos de ir cargados con las maletas buscando metro o autobús que nos llevara al centro, ya que el aeropuerto está a 1 hora y cuarenta minutos en coche hasta llegar a la ciudad. ~ Luis M

This cab firm was so easy to book. I contacted them (Thomas) on live chat, where I could pre book and pay. Thomas was very helpful & very reasonable prices! The day arrived and the first message I had was that the driver had been dispatched to pick us up, it gave me the name of the driver, a photo of him, the make & model and reg number of the car and you could track the car so you knew how long away it was. We booked a return cab and both drivers were so friendly, the bonus was our driver yesterday who took us back to the airport in his Tesla, what an experience and the driver was so friendly, thank you Abdul, we will be back to London and we will definitely use this company again. Позвонили за день до трансфера, уточнили кто и когда заберёт. При прилёте, скинули сообщение что водитель ждёт. Потом сам водитель позвонил. Пришёл в аэропорт и помог забрать чемоданы. После того что забрал, позвонили из фирмы уточнили если забрали и что именно тот водитель приехал. Салон машины чистый. Довёз без проблем. Ремендую! ~ Diana

We had an excellent experience with MiniCabRide for our ride from our hotel in Covent Garden to Gatwick. They accommodated our family of 4 and 4 large pieces of luggage. Our driver Kemar, was not only on time, but early! He was so friendly and told us little tidbits about the towns we travelled through on the way to our destination. The vehicle was comfortable and impeccably clean! The peace of mind of getting us to our destination in excellent time and comfort was well worth it. Excellent communication overall from the company, right from my initial inquiries on the website, to the booking, the change in pick up time I requested and right through to pick up and drop off. 100% recommend! ~ Melissa S

I was very impressed. After spending half ab hour online to find a reasonably priced taxi service from Heathrow to North London (and after a few less than fab experiences with other companies in the past year), I stumbled across this service. As the price was a bit lower than the average, I didnt keep my hopes up, but must say I was pleasantly surprised. Communication was great throughout, and they were quick to respond on whatsapp for any queries. Driver waited for us (rather than the other way around which happened to me more often than not lately) and was really pleasant. Car was clean and smelt lovely which is a bonus! Navette pour 7 personnes de l’aéroport de heathrow à Londres hoxton. Nous avons eu 1h de retard à l’arrivé notre chauffeur nous a attendu et était très sympathique. Pour le retour c’était l’inverse c’était notre chauffeur qui avait 40 minutes de retards. Dommage car on est obligé d’aller chercher l’info sinon il nous contact pas pour nous tenir au courant. Mais très bonnes compagnie confirmation des réservations la veille de chaque trajets. ~ Yoann P

I must admit I was skeptical making all the arrangements for my families recent trip to the UK through the internet. MiniCabRide made the process very easy. I felt confident, and was continually reassured throughout the process. My family of 7 were met, on time by Iqtidar at Heathrow and were driven to The Southampton cruiseport. He was in communication with me when I stepped off the plane. Also on time Danson met us post cruise and took us to our hotel in London. We were picked up by Talha after a few days stay and taken back to Heathrow for return home. Working with MiniCabRide was an excellent no hassle experience - I’d highly recommend your fine company. We were very happy with the drivers, how we were taken care of, the cars used and the level of communication I had. This trip was very important to me and MiniCabRide could not have been better. Took a ride from and to the Heathrow airport. Both drivers (Ahmed and the other one whose name I didn't remember but I know is a Chelsea fan) were pretty talkative, nice and had really tidy cars. One of them even had the water inside. I even rode a Mercedes E-class under standard car, so it was pretty classy. The customer service is pretty quick with answers and are kind. And the most important thing, you really do pay only what they say the price will be. Only keep in mind to book enough time in advance, because the traffic in London gets busy. First time using this company (I booked via Minicabit) and they sent several emails and SMS / WhatsApp to keep me informed and confirm my booking several days before, which I appreciated and felt reassured they would arrive when needed. My driver Abdul Ali was on time and turned up in a brand new white Tesla, which was a nice surprise! He was very friendly and professional and had bottled water and sweets in the back. He got me from Harley Street to Essex safely and chose the best route. Will def use this car firm again for sure! Might book direct next time instead of via Minicabit website / app. ~ James H

Excellent service overall! It was very straightforward to book the cab with the size we wanted. We had three large suitcases and one cabin bag so we chose the 2 suitcases + Three cabin size car and left a note in the booking form to explain, and it was fine. There was great communication with the central team and our designated driver who also arrived ahead of scheduled time (I happened to see him when he did) and contacted us to let us know he was outside when it was right on time - I like that he was punctual and didn't rush us. He took a quick route, was very helpful with our luggage and dropped us right beside the entrance we needed for our airline (this was amazing considering the weather). I also thought it was a more affordable option as the fixed price was about 70% of Uber's quoted price (which the final price could have changed/increased potentially) when I checked. I recently had a fantastic experience with MiniCabRide. The driver, Mohammad, was punctual and courteous, arriving on time and assisting us with our luggage. The vehicle was clean and spacious, easily accommodating my family and all our luggage. The journey was smooth and efficient, thanks to Mohammad's excellent driving skills. The fare was very reasonable, significantly cheaper than Uber, making it an excellent value for money. We had to take two taxis to the airport due to the number of luggages. We ordered the two taxis via Uber. The first one came instantly, but we were not getting a second one. My husband and daughter were left behind, hoping to get the second taxi soon. After 10 minutes or so, we started calling local taxi companies as we didn’t want to miss our flight. At this point I was sitting in the first taxi, my husband waiting at home. All the taxi companies were saying that taxi was not available. Finally, after 45mins, we called MiniCabRide in Finchley, and luckily they had a driver available in Barnet. The taxi came in 10mins and the driver did his best to get my husband and daughter to the airport on time. He even placed the luggages on the trolley, so they could rush into the terminal. Thanks to MiniCabRide my husband and daughter got there just a few minutes before check-in closed, and we didn’t miss our flight. We are grateful to the operator and driver at MiniCabRide. ~ Anita T

I was so impressed with the service. We had a taxi booked from Stansted Airport yesterday for my mum, myself and my 6months old baby. The driver was there waiting for us when we arrived, very polite and very helpful. He had a baby car seat ready for our baby which was really comfy - the baby didn't even fuss when we put her there. The car was clean and spacious and the driving was superb which was a blessing after an extremely tiring flight! Excellent. Very smooth service from start to finish. Was a little apprehensive at first but a great score on TripAdvisor/TrustPilot assured me all was good. Very good App and website to make bookings. Used WhstsApp for communication from start to finish. I didn’t want to be collected straight from the plane (we were meeting up with another group at different times) so I mentioned this in my booking. MinicabRide contacted me to confirm this (which was great). Got a phone call the night before to confirm all was good. Got a WhatsApp on the day about an hour before collection. We were due to meet at a particular location (decided by driver) but this was changed to the pickup point - all by WhatsApp. The driver (Usman) was incredibly polite and friendly. A very safe and courteous driver too. Car was bigger than expected. Very clean. Very comfortable. Looking forward to the return journey.
